Abstract

Este informe describe la experiencia laboral que he tenido en el área de Acervos Digitales, mostrando algunos de los proyectos importantes realizados en este departamento en la DGTIC, enfatizando en la realización, migración, adecuación, preservación y conservación del sistema Regional de Información en línea para Revistas Científicas de América Latina, el Caribe, España y Portugal (Latindex).

"This report describes the work experience in the area of Digital Collections, showing some of the important projects carried out in this department in the DGTIC, emphasizing the realization, migration, adaptation, preservation and conservation of the Regional Information System online. for Scientific Journals from Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal. Latindex, which has been in this area for twenty years, has been a system of vital importance, as well as emblematic for the UNAM, and it is an international reference on the quality of journals in the region. This unique, descriptive and qualitative case study is presented, since the objective is to review and analyze how the process of migration, preservation and conservation has taken place over 20 years of the Latindex system, in the area of Digital Inventories, of the Direction of systems and Institutional Services, of the Direction of Computation and Technologies of the Information and Communication, in the National Autonomous University of Mexico."
